About
Personal Background
Originally from Maryland, I graduated from Towson University in 2013 with a degree in Sports Management and Business, where I also played baseball. Since then, I’ve lived in Maryland, Florida, California, and now North Carolina — which has been great for experiencing different places, and terrible for staying in one time zone. My wife and I got married in California in 2023, and most of our time is spent outside doing something — golfing, surfing, snowboarding, fishing — or pretending we’re going to take it easy and then not doing that. We have two dogs, Bodie and Oakley, who we’ve always been completely obsessed with. We lost Oakley at the end of 2025, but he still manages to run the house. I’m a lifelong Washington, D.C. sports fan (so I’m used to emotional ups and downs), and I’ve also built up a sports memorabilia collection that started as a hobby and turned into something slightly more serious than I’d like to admit.
Professional Background
I started my career in the mortgage industry, working across multiple roles that gave me a strong foundation in operations, workflows, and how complex systems function under real-world constraints. I then moved into a bootstrapped SaaS MarTech startup focused on lead generation and distribution for performance marketing. As the platform grew, I worked closely with product and engineering to help design and scale core systems — focusing on how data flows, how leads are routed, and how the platform could support increasing complexity and client demand. I’m currently a Technical Account Manager at Invoca, where I partner with customers to implement scalable solutions and drive performance improvements. My work centers around bridging product capabilities and real-world use cases — leveraging data, system design, and emerging AI-driven features to help customers make better decisions and get more value from the platform.
